Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken tenders dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Optional: Marinate in soy sauce, garlic, and a drizzle of honey for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Apple-Honey Glaze

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add honey, apple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Simmer until the mixture thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).

3️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  • Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tenders for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. In the last few minutes, brush the glaze over the chicken.
  • Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Bake tenders on a lined sheet for 20 minutes, brushing with glaze every 5 minutes.
  • Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill tenders for 4–5 minutes per side, glazing as they cook.

  • Drizzle extra glaze over the tenders and garnish with fresh herbs or apple slices.
