- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp paprika

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Hot Honey:
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt

- Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, black pepper, and sesame seeds.

- Dip each halloumi cube in the egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Bake Until Golden:
- Arrange the coated halloumi cubes on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Drizzle with olive oil for crispiness.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Make the Hot Honey:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.

- Drizzle the hot honey over the crispy halloumi bites.
- Serve with dips like spicy mayo, garlic yogurt, or hummus.

- For extra crispiness, cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes.
