Description

A simple yet elegant dessert that combines juicy grapes, creamy sour cream, and a caramelized sugar crust for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh, seedless grapes (red for sweetness, green for tartness)
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat for creaminess, but low-fat works too)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (brown sugar for richness, or honey as an alternative)
  • Optional: Crushed nuts, cinnamon, or a drizzle of chocolate

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Grapes – Rinse and pat dry, then arrange them in a single layer.
2️⃣ Coat with Sour Cream – Spread sour cream evenly over the grapes.
3️⃣ Add Sugar – Sprinkle sugar generously over the top.
4️⃣ Caramelize – Use a kitchen torch or broil for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! – Let cool slightly, then garnish with toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, the protein content will increase.
  • Using honey or coconut sugar instead of white sugar may slightly alter the carb and sugar values.
